The Riceville Engaged Action Gathering welcomes Commissioner Terri Wells for a presentation on the Open Space and Affordable Housing Bonds that will be on your ballot this November. Terri will share an overview of the 2026 bonds and update us on the impacts of the 2022 bonds. There will be time for Q & A.

After the Bonds presentation, our group will plan for voter outreach to our Riceville and Swannanoa neighbors as we start our BIG get out the vote efforts in the run up to early voting beginning on October. 15.
