Only the COURTS are saving our democracy and the Constitution right now. But while the Federal Courts are pushing back against the illegal Trump Regime executive orders, here in NC we have work to do! Our NC Supreme court currently has a 5-2 Republican Majority, and 12-3 Court of Appeals majority. This is why the radical Republican controlled NCGA took power away from our Governor and Attorney General so easily and gerrymandered our Congressional races.

This MUST change and we CAN do it, starting with November’s election! Come and learn about our plans to take back our NC Supreme Court and Court of Appeals and how it can be done by 2028 before the all-important US Census is done in 2030.
