Are you a Democrat or Dem-leaning Independent between 18-35? The N. Buncombe and N. Asheville Clusters are inviting you to join the BCDP Young DEMS for their monthly meeting of fun and fellowship, learn about what they do and meet some important local 2026 candidates.
What will we be doing?
Mingling with fellow like-minded Dems and Dem-leaning Independents.
Eating and drinking (there will be a food truck there and plenty of wine, beer, soft drinks to purchase.)
Learning about what our Young Dems caucus is doing to change things for the better.
Meeting some candidates for upcoming 2026 races.
Watching the dogs joyfully run around (the best part!)
There is extra parking that night available across the street at Stoney Knob (since they are closed on Mondays) and Davita Dialysis parking lots.
This will be a fun evening where you can bring your dogs for free (or not) — no membership required for this event. Here are the rules for your dogs: You'll need to show vaccination records — on your phone is fine. If you haven't attended the WagBar before, you may want to try it out with your dog first to see how they like it.
Please RSVP by registering so that we can give the WagBar a headcount for staffing purposes. We look forward to seeing you there. What could be better — watching dogs, meeting Democratic candidates and Democratic fellowship! Below you’ll find the registration link to sign up.
Who should attend? Specifically DEMS or DEM-leaning Independents between 18-35. Older folks welcome too. N. Buncombe and N. Asheville Clusters.
