Jake Quinn from the Buncombe County Board of Elections will join us at our 45.1 monthly meeting to talk about the recent and coming changes to the board. Since the Republicans in the State House and Senate revoked the Governor’s right to appoint the board chair, they now have the power (not the right) to appoint a Republican in that position.
