  • East Asheville Public Library 3 Avon Road Asheville, NC, 28805 United States (map)

You are invited to participate in the East Asheville Town Hall/Listening Session on Saturday, November 8, 4-5:30 PM at the East Asheville Public Library — an opportunity for your voice and ideas to be heard.

We want to hear about the issues that are most important to you as a voter. We want to hear about what you believe candidates and elected officials should stand for and fight for in 2026 and beyond. We want to know what would make you enthusiastic about exercising your right to vote.

This is a time for you to speak your mind and your heart in a safe and receptive environment. The Listening Session will be facilitated by Lindsey Prather, NC State Representative; Brian Turner, NC State Representative; and Martin Moore, Buncombe County Commissioner.

Who should attend: All Democratic and Unaffiliated voters.
