North Buncombe Rural Mini Cluster Outreach

  • Weaverville Library 41 North Main Street Weaverville, NC, 28787 United States (map)

Our North Buncombe Rural Mini Cluster is up and running! We had 21 attendees in January, and everyone is excited to work together and share ideas that may work in our rural precincts. We learned how important each of these rural precincts are as the demographics are changing to benefit DEMS, and people want to be engaged and not feel isolated.

Our strategy is for “neighbors to talk to neighbors.” Join us for a fun outreach training on how to talk to your DEM or UNA-DEM neighbors on your street and we’ll provide you with invitation flyers to hand out for our Annual Precinct Organizing Meeting on FEB 21st. For those who wish, we’ll follow up the training with knocking on some doors to get to know those neighbors on your streets.

Who should attend: Democrats and DEM-leaning Independents in the 4 rural North Buncombe precincts: 40.2 - Flat Creek, 41.1 - French Broad Fire, 50.1 Barnardsville, 51.2 Brookstone Church
