Who should attend: Any Democrats and left-leaning unaffiliated voters. The seven precincts in Black Mountain are precincts 32.1, 33.2, 33.3, 34.1, 35.1, 36.1, and 37.1. The Swannanoa-Riceville cluster includes five precincts: 61.1, 62.1, 64.1, 65.1, and 66.
